Fair warning- this is going to be a very lengthy and very emotional post. Liam’s birth and first few weeks of life were an absolute whirlwind with countless ups and downs so there’s a lot to share about his story. I love reading other people’s birth stories and I knew I wanted to write this down for myself but you guys said you wanted to read it as well so here you are.

Happy Friday friends! I’ve been getting a few questions about how I stay fit during pregnancy so I thought I’d switch up this Friday Favorites post and share my favorite ways to stay active and healthy during pregnancy.

Happy Friday! As you know, I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant with baby #2! I’ve pretty much been living in dresses since nothing else fits me haha. Also, I don’t really like investing in a ton of maternity pants/shorts since they’re only worn for a few months so instead I just buy dresses (most of which can be worn with or without a bump). Plus, dresses are way more comfortable than pants and that’s pretty much a fact 😉 .
So for today’s Friday Favorites I’m rounding up all of my favorite bump-friendly dresses. Some of these are maternity and some are not but those that aren’t will still fit a bump like a dream. Also, the majority of these can easily be transitioned to fall with some booties and a cute jacket/cardigan!
Oh hey there! I feel like it’s been forever since I posted anything because well..it totally has. I took a (much needed) break from blogging at the beginning of my pregnancy and boy did it feel good. Don’t get me wrong–I absolutely love to blog and this little outlet of mine is a dream but I was getting a little bit burnt out. So, I finished up the posts that I had already agreed to take on and took a break. I spent a lot of time focusing on being present in everyday life but also took some time to reflect on my blog and think about its future. I want to create content that I’m passionate about and make it the best that I can for you. I found that when I stopped taking on new collaborations, didn’t pay attention to an editorial calendar and posted what I wanted, when I wanted to social media not only did I feel at peace but you guys loved it, too. You may not have even noticed that this was intentional but I received SO much positive feedback about what I was currently posting which really confirmed that this was the right move for me.
